Jake knew about Flagstaff and he gave us great recommendations for our first week here in town. Since finding a house isn't a problem for us anymore thanks to Zillow, Jake focused on getting us what we wanted with the terms of the sale. It worked out very well for us and our house in Flagstaff is exactly what we wanted!

Jake was fun! He wears these wild suits and they always put a smile on my face. I moved to Williams because of the potential for Grand Canyon tourism. I operate Air BnBs and this place is an attraction for the masses.

Jake got me into a house I found with no issues. Well, no issues for me. He wore that suit under the sun talking with the Realtor on the other side for a while. But we all came to our agreements.

And Jake was always there. I had so many questions. I thought he would get sick of me. But he never did. He showed up, in those suits, and always made me smile. He was great, all in great.
